• Professional Service Fee $1900.00
• Planning Appointment, by phone, our Office or Home Visit depending on location
• Attending to Medical Certificate or Coroners Release Order
• Second Medical Practitioners Fee if required
• Complete & Register Death Statement details with Births Deaths Marriages Registry
• Liaising between family & funeral related providers
• Personal direct contact for emergency calls 24 hrs / 7 days

• Provision of hearse and or transfer vehicles 
• Experienced staff overseeing all aspects of the arrangements 
• Transfer of your loved one to your nominated Crematorium 
• Standard Transfer & Mortuary Care 24 hrs / 7 days $ 300.00
• Unattended Cremation (Mon-Fri) at Springvale Crematorium Only $910.00
• One full Death Certificate from Registry Office $ 65.00

SUB-TOTAL (including GST 10% $288.63) $3175.00

Recommended Basic coffin – unpolished unstained chipboard (standard coffin = L 2000 x W 580 x D 330mm) (oversize coffin FROM $190 extra) $ 450.00

• All variables and items not listed attract extra fees. Weekends & Public Hol are excluded.
• We charge an additional fee of $400 for Cremation at Fawkner and Altona to cover our extra fuel, time and, the difference of GMCT’s cremation fee without chapel before 2pm.
