AT NEED accounts are payable the day prior to a Funeral Service.
- Professional Service Fee $3404.00
- Planning Appointment
- Arrange a Medical Certificate or Coroners Release Order
- Coffin display rooms and facilities by appointment
- Complete & Submit Death Registration Statement details for Births, Deaths & Marriages
- Liaising between family & all necessary funeral related providers
- Personal direct contact for emergency calls 24 hrs
- Provision of hearse or transfer vehicles
- Provide required staff for the Funeral Service – OH&S standard coffin & weight
- Soft cover memorial book – excludes printing or calligraphy
- Standard Transfer with Mortuary Holding Fee 24 hrs /7 day $300.00
- Floral Tribute 1.2mtr placed on the coffin – select from a range of tributes $450.00
- Civil Celebrant Allowance (Clergy variations are added/deducted from this allowance) $715.00
- Service Booklets 4 pg x 50 with two photos (Tribute cards & B/marks avail) from $220.00
- One hour Chapel Service & Cremation Springvale, Bunurong, Lilydale or Fawkner $1405.00
