Professional Service Fee $2500.00
Planning Appointment, by phone, our Office or Home Visit depending on location
Attending to Medical Certificate or Coroners Release Order
Coffin display rooms and facilities by appointment
Complete & Register Death Statement details for Births & Deaths Registry
Liaising between family & all necessary funeral related providers
Personal direct contact for emergency calls 24 hrs
Provision of hearse & transfer vehicles
Provide required staff for the Funeral Service – OH&S standard coffin & weight
Email Funeral Service details to share with relatives – excludes newspaper notices
Soft cover memorial book – excludes printing or calligraphy

Standard Transfer & Mortuary Care 24 hrs /7 day $300.00
Floral Tribute 1.2mtrs placed on the coffin – select from a range of tributes $ 450.00
Civil Celebrant Allowance (any reduction for Clergy fees is deducted from this cost) $ 715.00
Service Booklets 4 pg x 50 with one photo (Tribute cards & B/marks avail) from $ 220.00
One hour Chapel Service Springvale, Bunurong, Lilydale or Fawkner Crematorium $ 1250.00

(Extra time is included ONLY at Lilydale & Fawkner, OR $155 allowance is deducted)

Full death certificate from Registry Office (allow 4 weeks from date of Cremation) $ 65.00

SUB-TOTAL (including GST 10% $500.00) $5500.00

Recommended: Oak coloured Coffin with chrome plated handles & name plate (standard coffin dimensions included = L 2000 x W 580 x D 330mm) $ 800.00

All variables and items not listed attract extra fees. See our EXTRAS COSTS.
