AT NEED accounts are payable the day prior to a Funeral Service.

Professional Service Fee
One Private Planning Appointment (home visits depend on location & availability)
Attending to Medical Certificate or Coroners Release Order
Provide offices and premises with coffin display rooms and facilities by appointment
Complete & forward Death Statement details to Births Deaths Marriages Registry
Liaising between family & all necessary funeral related providers
Personal direct contact for emergency calls 24 hrs
Provision of hearse and or transfer vehicles
Attend to a Graveside Burial Service – option of family/mourners being present
Experienced staff overseeing all aspects of the Funeral
Soft cover memorial book – excludes printing or calligraphy

Standard Transfer & Mortuary Care 24 hrs /7 days
One funeral notice The Herald-Sun or The Age Newspaper (appx 10 lines / 3 cm)
Preparation for viewing, including I.D./verification (Mon-Fri 9am-4pm)
Floral Tribute – select from a range of tributes to be placed on the coffin
Polished coffin with trimmings, chrome handles & name plate (standard coffin = L 2000 x W 580 x D 330mm)
Basic Service Booklets 8 pg x 80 with one photo (Tribute card/Sml Card)
Full death certificate from Registry Office (Allow 4 wks from date of Burial)
